My Favourite band from last year has to be The Hurts. Their album Happiness was one of the most amazing sounds for me and I more than loved every single song on the album, something which is a rare occurrence.
They also managed to transform one of my most hated songs of the year, Once by Diana Vickers, into something that I actually liked. Thank Gay for The Hurts!
Other favourite albums this year were, My Chemical Romance - Danger Days, The Pretty Reckless - Light Me Up, The xx - xx and I Blame Coco - The Constant.
A few songs I also loved were Ellie Goulding - Your Song and Nero - Innocence.
